Administrative Tribunals
Tribunals such as the Occupational Health and Safety Tribunal, License Appeal Tribunal, Real Estate Council of Ontario, etc., are different than being in a court, but there are also similarities. If you or your company have been fined or charged by an administrative tribunal, then you need to hire an experienced lawyer to defend it.

Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) Charges
If you are a real estate agent or broker that has been charged under REBBA (Real Estate and Business Brokers Act), Crangle can represent you. Real estate professionals are governed by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). When RECO performs an investigation and lays charges, a prosecutor will be assigned to the case. The prosecutor may seek to revoke your real estate or broker’s license, have you pay a large fine and even serve jail time.
This is not the place where you should be self-represented. RECO will have a team of paralegals and lawyers against you. You need experienced and professional representation that understands the law and will vigorously defend you. Crangle represents both real estate agents and brokers. Crangle can also represent you if there is a related action in the civil court.
